Set your time
Choose a daily reminder time, such as 8:30 PM. Reminders are optional; you can always log manually.
Build a routine, keep up something that matters, or gradually cut back. Athaza Habits turns everyday progress into a simple constellation of dots , one day at a time.
This demo is modeled on the actual Habits layout: switch between Week, Month, and Year, check off today, or select a dot to see progress change. No personal app data is loaded.
Inspired by your Android app's real dot grid, controls and dark theme.
Check in whenever it suits you. Tap Daily Check-In at any point during your day to record what you've done, or come back later and choose the day you'd like to update. If a little nudge helps, you can set a daily reminder at a time you choose, but reminders are completely optional. Skip them entirely and log manually whenever you're ready. Your dots are for noticing progress, not creating pressure.

Open a short checklist, mark your day, and save. The corresponding dots update in the tracker.
Missed a check-in? Select a different date to adjust the history instead of starting over.
Link an activity to someone you shared it with, and their portrait can appear in the dot for that day. Want a cleaner view? Switch back to Dots at any time. Your progress stays the same either way.
In the interactive tracker above, switch between Dots and People. Week and Month show individual days; Year gives a compact overview. Linked faces help you recognize who was with you for a completed activity. Turning faces off changes only the display, not the record.
Look at a week, month, or year and spot Nora's face on a reading day, Clarence on a walk, or Lisa on a shared creative afternoon. The portraits make it easier to recognize the people behind a memory.
The People option adds portraits to linked completed days. The Dots option shows regular progress dots instead. Try the switch in the interactive tracker above.
Habits are optional. Some are personal, and some involve other people. You control what goes into your own records, including which activities are linked to a person.
The six people used here are fictional demonstration connections based on the showcase profiles, not actual activity records or claims about these people.
Maybe you're proud of the days you made time to read. Maybe you're working on something you'd rather keep to yourself. Both deserve the same respect. Habits can be marked private, and a privacy view can hide private entries while you're showing your progress to someone else.
This is a simulated sharing view, not a publishing feature. Turning it on hides the entry marked private below. Nothing is uploaded or shared by this demo.
Privacy view is a presentation aid, not a device lock. If another person has access to your unlocked device, consider that before showing them the app.
Some days you'll follow through on every goal. Other days, even a small step may be all you can manage. Both are part of building something meaningful. Each dot is a chance to notice what works for you, recognize the effort you've made, and choose what you'd like to do next. Missing a day doesn't undo the days before it, and you never have to catch up to anyone else's pace. If a routine stops fitting your life, you can adjust it and begin again. Come back when you're ready, give yourself credit for showing up, and let the dots tell the story of your progress, not your perfection.
